1/2 T Nutella
1/2 T nut butter - peanut, almond, cashew or your favorite or substitute raw nuts 1 to 2 T
1/2 banana
8 oz - your choice of liquid (milk, water)
Place everything in blender and blend until all ingredients are at your desired consistency.
There are some great blenders out there. I recently bought a GE personal blender with five individual cups that I can switch the blender blades into and take the cup with me. The Magic Bullet has a great system for personal blending, as well as the Ninja blender system. Most any blender will work great, but if you are wanting to blend leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, you might want something with more power like the Blentec or Vitamix.

milk suggestions - soy, whole, non-fat, low-fat, cashew milk, almond milk, rice milk, etc
